Intentions
This pdf sales presentation was designed as a first client touchpoint to market a new vision for the office of a luxury real estate investor. The goal was to present the interior design concepts at their best in a refined and thoughtfully designed document.
Execution
A radial gradient was used for an impactful cover, and Univers Condensed was used as an easy signifier of contemporary luxury. Baskerville italic subtitles conveyed a little old-world class, and an assortment of neutral colours were used through the document to support the chosen interior materials.
